About me
Howdy! I'm a Resource Specialist for the Conservation Education Program at Texas A&M Forest Service, and I'm excited to learn more ways to teach others about nature and our lovely planet and all its valuable and important services!
As an Aggie (Gig 'em!), I earned a master's in Ecology and Conservation Biology - learning the foundational theories encompassing forest literacy, conservation, and community-based development.
Now, at my job, I get to apply what I've learned by creating opportunities for the public to connect with Texas' beautiful forests. I help people understand and care about our forest ecosystems, and all the wonderful and important services they provide for us and for the planet.
